Biography Practicing law since 1990 with McCormick Law Firm, Joanne Ludwikowski concentrates her practice in the field of worker’s compensation, primarily representing insurance companies, employers and businesses, both insured and uninsured. She has been a presenter at various seminars for employers and insurance companies on the Pennsylvania Worker’s Compensation Act and its reform. Biography E. Eugene Yaw graduated from Montoursville High School, attended Bucknell University, and earned degrees from Lycoming College and the American University School of Law, Washington, D.C.
